I lost my job in April, and have been living off of a unemployment benefits since then. With PUA expiring, I am now going to barely make ends meet. My standard UI benefits are under $200. My roommate has been helping cover a little bit of my share of the rent each month, but he also left town in March and hasn't "lived" here since then.

This is the first month I can't meet my share of the rent. I'm planning to ask the landlord to cover what I can't make up with the security deposit, but my roommate is now considering breaking the lease altogether. I am barely scraping by as is, but if he wants to leave, it will be nearly impossible for me to move out and find a new place. I know evictions are on pause, but what recourse do I have at this point?

I also have HIV so I am reaching out to HASA for benefits. But any tips on what else I should to make sure I don't end up homeless are greatly appreciated. Thanks

Hi my friends,

I’m a 26 yr old male diagnosed with Hashimoto’s about 7 months ago.

I’ve seen two doctors, one traditional endocrine who was quite dismissive of my symptoms, and one integrative medicine specialist (Rafael Kellman) who seems to be scamming patients with overpriced supplements and pseudo-science.

I guess I’m looking for a specialist halfway between traditional endocrinology and integrative medicine. I want the severity of my condition to be understood but I don’t want to be scammed and led astray.

Any suggestions for the NYC/Brooklyn area?

Thanks!

外围体育投注Im surrounded by construction and I always see these ladies (some times men) selling food out of their car. It always smells so good and there's always a line of workers.

外围体育投注I have a bit of social anxiety and have been trying to work my way over to one of these cars but am scared of either a language barrier or being denied because im not a construction worker.

Can anyone with experience shed some light on the ordering process.

外围体育投注Obviously excluding anything in the museum- as a history buff I'm interested in exploring the area and finding any relics from the original twin towers complex.

外围体育投注Live on the 4th floor of a condo in Park Slope. Anything in particular we should be doing? The Google weather alert seems a bit concerning.
