I've been going around and around for about 2 weeks getting a check reimbursement for my broken phone and finally today they tell me it will be sent out, but I was told by one representative I would receive a confirmation email yesterday. I never received the email so I called back today and now they're saying there's actually no email that is sent out? This is after not being able to get an affidavit form, not being able to access my account due to website troubles, them not receiving documents, etc. Whole thing has been a headache and people say different things all the time.
Hey there. I was hoping one of you guys working with Asurion might be able to help me out. I left the company in May, and haven't been fully paid yet. I have, however, received a shipping label from the ICDS team to return equipment to them (which I do not have because I never held any company equipment in the first place - I used to be in-store repair for Sprint!)
The only contact info I still have for the employee-side is the help desk, which doesn't seem to be the right number to call. They also reported something like an 8-13 hour wait and promised a callback that I never received. While I do still have my manager's number, I also don't feel like I can trust them to get anything done on my behalf because that was part of the reason that I left the company anyway. Is there any other phone number, email address, anything you guys know I might be able to use to get in contact with HR directly about this? I'm concerned the shipping labels I received have something to do with my last pay getting held up and man, do I REALLY need it.

Ok, so I find the website, start a claim, file the claim like, super easily (honestly it just asked me to describe the problem and then answer some security questions) and then I got to the "which option would you like" page.
I had to re-read it cause im like, wait what? They are gonna replace my phone? Sure itll be refurbished but like...seriously? Oh, its def gonna cost like, $500. Nope, $149. And then the delivery options.

After filling out the form, I never received an email, so I called them. I then had to walk them through what was wrong with my phone AGAIN, and they told me I'd get a new phone. All I had to do was send them my ID.
Ok, I sent them a picture of my ID, which then told me they'd contact me within 3 hours. They did not contact me at all, so I called them the next morning.

I then received an email that said 'update'. When I click that link from my email, it just takes me to their new claim form, which I of course filled out again to no avail.

Hello all I love in Utah and am switching from T-Mobile to a new plan with at&t. Have heard good things from family and friends and decided to make the jump. The store manager however has offered me a 100$ or 150$ bill credit if he can. Basically as high as he can get me. If I sign up for the 10$ a month Insurance. Do I take the deal and keep insurance, is it worth it? Or do I say no way and refuse the discount if it's contingent on insurance. Or maybe even a middle ground of take the insurance but cancel as soon as I get the bill credits?
