外围体育投注Everyone is obsessed to lose weight, but there are rarely good tips to gain weight. Has somebody here experience with that? Im pretty skinny, all my life. Now i want a "secret recipe" how i can gain weight relatively quick, special diet. Its so hard for ive tried Whey adding to my regular meals plus working out but nothing happens except a tiny bit muscle grow. Is there a substance i can add to my meals?

Hey y’all, I’m 5’1 and went from 141lbs to 114lbs. Took a “maintenance” break for 2 months and gained 4lbs lmao. Will those 4lbs be noticeable considering how short I am? Thankss!

外围体育投注I know that im not all that attractive. Everytime I see pictures of me I feel like everyone around me is way more attractive and way more mature. It looks like my facial features stopped growing before I hit puberty. At least the men that are considered ugly usually got some masculine traits. My face is looks like it got pressed from the top of my head and under my chin. Kinda like a Funko Pop figure.

外围体育投注I feel confident around people. But everytime I see myself in a picture with someone else I just kinda feel less attractive no matter what. People have commented on my looks too so im not the only one

外围体育投注For context I'm 18 years old 6' ish/181 cm tall, and black. I have always been scared of giving off this vibe of intimidation because of how opposite it runs to my personality. Given, I don't like being bothered too much but I have heard many people I know say my dad comes off as intimidating (even though the two of us know it's unintentional). Is there any decent way to avoid this or am I going to have to ignore it?

I am not trying to be offensive or rude by any means but you can buy a really small razor to shave the middle.

外围体育投注So I need to clarify what I mean by the title.

I'm currently halfway towards my weight loss goal. I'm 18F and have struggled with my weight since I was about 13 and gradually increased and increased until this year where I decided to do something about it. I have lost 24 lbs and need to lose another 17 to be healthy and then to reach my goal weight I would have to lose another 18 after that.

But as I am eating more healthily through counting calories I'm just starting to think: I can't ever imagine not having to count my calories. Like I think when I reach my goal if I don't calorie count I'll just end up back where I was. I feel it will be a constant battle with myself not to eat certain things too much.

外围体育投注So I'm wondering: people who do not struggle with your weight, how do you stay thin without counting calories? How do you know how much to eat?
