Everything & Anything You Were Too Afraid To Ask

r/TooAfraidToAsk

外围体育投注I have no idea how many genders there are anymore. To me, I’ve always been told that there are 2 genders: Male, Female, and the absence of a gender (Non-binary), but I know this has been changing in the past few years.

What I’m confused about is what constitutes a gender at this point? Biologically it’s apparently 2 (or 3 because I still don’t know enough about intersex to really understand where they sit in everything), but I’ve seen people give numbers all the way up to 130+, but some of them are essentially the same, and some don’t really make sense to me. Personally, I definitely see the distinction with Transgender, but is that a gender or some other distinction? To me it feels as if using transgender as you gender instead of your desired gender is kinda... redundant? Although, I definitely don’t know enough about being transgender it to really gauge it though.

外围体育投注I’ve had friends explain it as a ‘triangle gradient’ where Male is on one corner, Female on another, and the absence of one on the final corner, but I feel as if that kinda leads to more confusion, but I kinda get it. There’s also the idea of a trichotomy between a person’s biological, psychological, and social genders but I feel as if that leads to even more muddiness.

I’ve also been told by some that it... doesn’t really matter? I’ve been told by some friends that you don’t have to put yourself into a category, but how do you document yourself when questioned?

I’m not intending to cause any sort of anger or anything, I’m genuinely confused and I want to know from anymore that might know more.

It seems as if a lot of people use the word like it means unattractive. But I think someone definitely can be both ugly and attractive. I see several women that I think are odd looking but still got some traits that make them attractive.

So how do you define ugly in detail?

外围体育投注I literally just learned today that the word "transgender" is strictly an adjective and using it as a noun is considered transphobic.

外围体育投注There are a lot of words that can be both nouns and adjective like "male," "female," and "human." All nationality words also behave that way e.g. "American," "German," and "European."

外围体育投注I have zero problem using the word "transgender" as adjective since it's preferred by the people and the community. However, I can't help but being curious why such a slight difference turns a word that's totally acceptable to an offensive word. Is there a reason, historical or otherwise, behind why using the word "transgender" as a noun is considered transphobic?

Specifically, might many gay people harbour any kind of grudge toward a straight person constantly hanging around?

I have plenty of gay friends, but I would feel stupid asking this. Sometimes I worry that I might not be wanted around.

外围体育投注I just have so much more fun around gay culture. I also feel WAY more comfortable hanging out in a gay bar if I'm passing through some small town in the southern US.

外围体育投注In a way, it would be easier for me if I was indeed gay. Alas, I am not.

外围体育投注EDIT: I'm mostly interested in hearing from people that are gay about whether or not it is a hinderence for a straight person to take up space at your favorite gay bar. I'm not going to directly ask for your sexuality, but if you are comfortable with sharing please do specify when you comment, just so I can get context.

I don't mean transgender girl, I mean guys who have an 'androgynous ' appearance. Guys who naturally look very effeminate.

Here's am example:

He is absolutely gorgeous. He looks like a girl In this image but he can also look like a guy but still look very feminine.

外围体育投注Also theres a lot of male anime characters who have a androgynous appearance as well and they're so attractive.

外围体育投注Is it gay for men to find girly cute boys sexually attractive?

I’m mixed (black + white) but on the inside I’m 100% white. I’d identify as white if I could but I can’t, people would think I’m crazy (like Rachel Dolezal). But if I (as a male) identified as a female, people would actually take me seriously. Why is that?

If anyone of my troop finds out I’m non-binary, am I just going to get kicked out of the program? I’m so close to eagle and I don’t want to get booted from the program just because I’m transgender. In theory, someone who was a trans man or woman could just jump from a male to a female troop. I don’t have the option. I’d be willing to keep an open mind and stick with a male troop and use he him until I age out of scouting. I just don’t want to get kicked out.

For context, I have a friend who says he thinks he is bisexual. He’s married to a woman and has only had female partners, but he likes anal stuff and says he’s always want to have anal sex with a guy, only giving but never receiving because it hurts his pride. He also says that he’d like receiving oral sex from a guy but would never give it. It made me wonder out of curiosity the following question:

外围体育投注So can a guy be gay/bisexual without wanting to receive anal sex, or give a oral sex to a man?

Edit: thank you so much for the answers, I know it’s a dumb question but I honestly wasnt sure.
