外围体育投注So like the title says, I’m only 21 but I really want a hysterectomy. I’ve already had a lap for endometriosis, and they found that I had uterine swelling that indicated adeno.

I have wildly unpredictable periods; my cycle can be 17 days long or it can be 32+ but it’s pretty much never in between and there’s no way to tell which it’s gonna be. I will either have 2-4 very light days of bleeding or 8+ days of extremely heavy bleeding, but usually it’s the latter. Side note, I just found out a few weeks ago that there are people that can get away with only wearing a tampon and not a pad as well (genuinely didn’t realize that lol). I also pretty much always have cramps, and even though I take iron every single day, I’m still anemic and I get faint on my cycle.

Unfortunately, birth control has not been able to help me with managing either my endo or adeno. I have tried mini pills, combo pills, and the progestin only IUD, and they’ve all been disasters. All of them have triggered my bipolar tendencies and caused a lot of hair loss, I still dealt with near daily pain, and my IUD made me bleed for almost a year straight until I had it removed. So hormonal treatments are pretty much a no go, and a lot of the horror stories I have heard about endometrial ablation have put me off of that, too.

It seems like the best option for me would be to have a hysterectomy, but I don’t really know how to talk to my doctor about it. After my lap she did tell me that with adeno, I would most likely need a hysterectomy in my 30s-40s, but it doesn’t feel like I really have any other treatment options right now. I absolutely did not want children before this (lots of health problems in my family), and this was the final nail in the coffin on that, so preserving fertility is not a concern for me. I just know that since I am young it will be a lot harder for me to convince any medical professional to do something this drastic.

I don’t particularly want to have a hysterectomy before I’ve even graduated from school, but it sounds so much better than cramping all the time and hemorrhaging blood for the next 10+ years. Any advice is appreciated. Thank you!

外围体育投注I'm usually upbeat, realistic but positive, and calm. But I concede defeat to my uterus. Seriously, she can win this one. Between perimenopause, adeno, hyperplasia, bladder BS, migraines and the aches and pains that descended from nowhere (or arose from the depths of hades), I am done. I hate being fussed over and cant stand 'pity' but tonight is one of those nights where I genuinely wonder how much more I can handle ... all of the above issues rolled into one big painful ball on my lap. If it wasnt for all of you sharing your stories, asking questions, giving suggestions, I'd go off my head. I swear. The anxiety would overwhelm me. So, it's a really shit night but I'm grateful I'm not alone.

外围体育投注I’ve been on hormone pills for years and since my doctor is on vacation and I am out of refills I haven’t been taking any pills for the past 3 days. I am on my period but surprisingly I am not curled up in pain. I just feel so emotionally drained and on the sad side and I don’t really have any reason for this. I’m assuming it’s because of the hormones. How do I get someone else to understand this?

I posted this pathology term on the hysterectomy side of Reddit but I guess it didn’t look to familiar . Had a hysterectomy earlier this month and pathology showed this has anyone had this or know the meaning . I did do some research on my end and it correlates with adeno any feedback what be appreciated

Hi all. I was diagnosed a few years ago by transvaginal scan, went through the procedures, coil etc.. nothing worked apart from prostap so I am due a hysterectomy in the near future ( was 2 days away when lockdown was announced so therefore cancelled) My question, those who had had a hysterectomy, did anything change in regards to your sex life? Did you lose your drive? Gain it back? Sorry if it’s personal, just trying to prepare myself. I’ll be having a full hysterectomy
