Salt the chicken, throw in ziplock bag with buttermilk for a day in the fridge. Take out and let come up in temperature for and hour. I used drumsticks. 400F 18 min flip half way. Amazing and simple.
Hey guys! I just recently purchased a Samsung oven that comes with an “airbake” option, and was curious if it’s the same thing as airfrying. I haven’t used that function in the oven yet as I’m not sure how to use it and thought about posting here to see if anyone can help me out.
I currently use cornstarch and 375 degrees, 4 minutes per side. Then I throw it in the wok to cook a little more with the sauce.
It turns out super tasty, but chewy and not crispy. If I want them real crisp with a crunch, should I increase the temp or time or both?
Anyone know where I can find more of these pieces? They go on the sides of a removable grill plate and I'm not sure what they're made of (silicone/rubber) or called (have tried googling silicone nubs/caps/covers) . Can't seem to find these anywhere and manufacturer isn't responding =(
