I've been making video reviews of local NoVa dog parks, and here are two that are in Arlington. Let me know if there are any other local parks you would like to see reviewed! Make sure to subscribe so you can see future reviews of parks in NoVa.
Hi everyone, I'd like to start getting in shape again after gaining pandemic weight, and while I'm ok with doing some weight training and don't need any help with that, I'd also like to start running. Unfortunately, I have anxiety and running in my neighborhood (Clarendon) is really stress-inducing. I've tried running in the neighborhoods behind the Clarendon strip, but there are tons of cars and I don't know where to go because it seems like all of those neighborhoods lead back to busy streets or dead ends or like there are tons of people around that I'm bothering or running too close to. I'd just like an easy loop where I don't have to constantly worry about where to turn or running into cars/too many people.
外围体育投注Does anyone have app suggestions that have good local results, or loop suggestions that they've run? Or any suggestions about running in the area, for example times when no one is running or neighborhoods that are closed off and not too busy? I tried Alltrails but those seem like hiking trails, unless I'm completely wrong and they're good for running too. I'd prefer being able to walk to the place where I should run, but I do have a car and can drive if it's close. I actually searched for "run" in this subreddit but couldn't find anything so sorry if this is a repeat post.
