外围体育投注I would argue it's patriotic to call out the problems in this country. How else do you acknowledge and attempt to fix the problems?
"If you don't like it then leave"
"Yeah, no. I would rather try to work towards a better country instead of burying my head up my ass and pretending everything is fine while my country burns down around me."
外围体育投注Here's my thought though -why do you NEED to be "patriotic" to call out the problems with your country? Why do you need to keep proving your loyalty and undying love to the country to say "hey guys I think this is a problem". Doesn't that seem.....bad to you?
外围体育投注This is a serious question meant with respect: why do Americans talk about patriotism so frequently? Is it one of the most important values a person can have, or is it just that that it’s a very divided time in the country? Does anybody else notice this, or is this just me?
I support black lives matter because外围体育投注 I love America, and I want her to be as free a nation as she can be.
Our nation was founded on the basis of freedom, liberty, and justice. How can you call yourself a patriot if you would deny these things to your black neighbors? Do you support America? If so, why do you stand aside when her values are pushed aside?
I love America. I love my country. I want it to be free. That’s why I stand where I do.
Everyone with Biden signs needs to include an American flag. Anyone with a Trump sign needs to take down their American Flag. Supporting a leader who wants to make it harder to vote, not willing to accept the outcome of the election or postpone the election is unAmerican. The flag and Trump do not belong together.
Calling out the problems is what makes one patriotic. The constitution literally begins with stating its very purpose is to establish a MORE perfect union, not that it establishes a perfect union. It admits that the nation will always need more work, and in order to identify that work you must acknowledge the faults that need to be worked on.
I don’t see how you can be patriotic at a time like this. I am an American citizen and love being here because I am also from Dominican Republic, a third world country. I recognize the blessings here, although, this nation is BLATANTLY failing their citizens here. What happened to us being the best country that everyone wanted to flee to? This is a country where the color of your skin determines your worth and value, where our health does not matter, where food, shelter, and basic necessities needed for survival are only for those who can afford it. It’s quite disgusting. Oops, almost forgot about how the government is protecting an entire CHILD SEX TRAFFICKING RING????? doesn’t make you sick to your stomach? weird. I can’t celebrate a country that lets this happen day in and day out, with NO change. It should cause you to feel shame.

My mom lives in a deeply red neighborhood, and during Obama's first campaign, she put up a yard sign. It was stolen. She put up another sign. That was stolen, too. She put up a third sign, and stapled a note to that one that said:
外围体育投注"You realize that whenever you steal my sign, I have to send his campaign $20 more for another one?"
That sign stayed up. I wish we had a camera.
