Blade 2 is consider the best of the series but imo I love the first one of the series. The opening rave scene was one of my all time favorite directed horror scenes of the 90s. I wish they brought back the doctor from the first film in the rest of the series. Im not a huge fan of Blade 2 except for Norman Reedus. The Lord Voldemort lookalike vampire king was boring imo. Donal Logue played a fun villain. Overall i have a huge soft spot for the first film. Wish itd get the praise 2 gets.
外围体育投注There's been talk for years about a live-action, feature-length Halo film, but nothing has come of it. There was even a rumor that Denzel Washington was actually in talks, but it apparently went nowhere.
外围体育投注If you think about it, Halo 4: Forward Unto Dawn had a budget of $8.5 million, which is really nothing in comparison to other films. That falls in the 'indie' film budget range. I understand that it was a lead-in mini-series for the game, but personally, I think that was a great film overall. I thought the storyline was quite good, with some nice emotional hooks in it. Chyler's family backstory, the bits of Lasky's brother being an ODST peppered in, and Lasky's own questioning of why he's there all make that a pretty gripping story. Then BOOM the covenant show up, Master Chief, all of that great action in the final sequence. And don't get me started on Daniel Cudmore. That dude is a beast!
外围体育投注With the sheer number of rabid HALO fans, you'd think it would be a no-brainer that even a straight-to-DVD movie might be a good idea. Mywife isn't a fan of HALO, or even gaming at all for that matter, and she liked the Forward Unto Dawn movie because of the character development. That says a lot.
外围体育投注Welcome everyone to Round 4 of the tournament to find out, what is the best DC live action film of all time. Round 1 we went in chronological order, pitting 4 movies in a poll with one winner moving on to the next round. Round 2 I ranked the films by the amount of votes received in Round 1 and had 1 on 1 match ups. Round 3 you picked the 2 films that you think deserve the most to be in the final, and after voting it was Batman V Superman & The Dark Knight making the finals.
Batman V Superman is a great epic film, with a lot to like in this film and it keeps getting better with each watch. The Dark Knight is another film that is so epic and is a great film that I can watch over and over again. Two worthy choices to represent DC films in the finals, who will win?
外围体育投注I will also be posting the 3rd place match up in a poll for Batman Begins and Man of Steel, so please don't forget to vote there as well.
Thanks to everyone who has voted in the previous polls I hope you enjoyed this tournament!
外围体育投注This is just an thought & probably won't be implemented but these are just my points.
外围体育投注Firstly, Star Wars films don't seem to be working anymore & haven't been wholly successful since 1983 (Return of the Jedi) & even that movie still had it's criticisms. The Prequels received mixed receptions & the Sequels are, typically, loathed by the fanbase. For the Sequels, despite the public favouring The Force Awakens & critics favouring the Last Jedi, the fanbase hasn't been pleased. I fail to believe anybody enjoyed Rise of Skywalker, even the critics. So, technically, the last universally enjoyed Star Wars film was created ~40 years ago. Not a major achievement. In addition, the Clone Wars film was panned, despite being a commercial success & Solo bombed. Rogue One was a success, however, I believe it's success was a flash in the pan moment.
Secondly, television is the main medium which is reaping any success at the moment. Following the Prequels, LucasArts released the Clone Wars which is universally beloved by all. Other than the Season 1 & 2, some people complain about those seasons, the show just became better & better. Regardless of your opinion of the show, Star Wars Rebels has been pretty successful in comparison to the rest of Disney Star Wars & has gained its fans. There are more Star Wars Rebels fans than Sequel Trilogy fans, so that can be seen as a win, from a certain point of view. The Mandalorian, despite certain people's opinions, has been quite successful on Disney+ & have kept fans interested in the franchise for the time being. However, the Sequel Trilogy has been driving fans away from the franchise as almost nobody has been liking it. Even video-games have reaped more success than these films.
Thirdly, based on what has been announced for Star Wars' foreseeable future, this appears to be LucasArts/Disney's plan. What is upcoming in the Star Wars Franchise: Mandalorian Season 2, Obi-Wan, High Republic, Bad Batch, Cassian Andor. What do these things have in common? They're all TV shows, not films.
外围体育投注LucasArts should move on from the Sequel Trilogy. Forget about. Don't use, reference or acknowledge it in any following media. This seems to be the plan as LucasArts has decided that a Clone Wars tie-in series & a prequel to the Rogue One guy has more potential than Sequel Trilogy content. Even if they don't decanonize them, they should just treat them like the X-Men Origins or Green Lantern of Star Wars. They exist & we shall never speak of them again. When was the last time anybody talked about X-Men Origins?
外围体育投注Does anybody agree with me or am I delusional?
