For those of you that remember, Bury FC were expelled from the EFL back in September due to their owner and all round waste of skin Steve Dale's failure to provide proof of funds to be able to run a football club. Whilst BFC still exsits as a legal entity, there's little to no sign of them kicking a ball anytime soon so the fans have stepped up and made their own club, step forward Bury AFC.
The club is 100% fan owned and the membership was launched back in April priced at £60 per annum or £5 per month. Since then, they have elected a board and held fan votes on kits and badges (more on that shortly).
外围体育投注In more recent weeks, the club was accepted into North West Counties Division 1 North for next season and will be making the trip to the likes of Prestwich Heys and Daisy Hill FC which will be a far cry from Bramall Lane and Valley Parade like we had in recent years but it's just as exciting let me assure you.
The club have appointed former Sunderland and Toronto FC player Andy Welsh as their first ever manager and last night released their first ever kits which can be seen at the below link - the away shirt is a beauty. Reasonably priced at £35, made out of recycled plastic bottles and worldwide shipping available.
外围体育投注Now the small task of assembling a squad of players to be ready for the start of the season in a few weeks time!

Edit: Not sure anyone will see this but as of today we’ve now sold 1,000 shirts which is beyond our wildest dreams. Thanks so much to anyone who’s bought a shirt or a membership!
